We hope you will be satisfied with your Wood´s product! We would like to offer you up to a 10-year extended warranty. All you need to do is register your product and make regular filter changes. On models that do not include filter change, you get up to a 3-year warranty when registering. To take part fill in the form below. We are happy to send you a reminder when you need to replace your filter. Of course, the reminders are free and you can get them both by e-mail and SMS. Please note, for your extended warranty to be valid save all receipts from the purchase of both the machine and the replacement filter, and register your product within 90 days of the purchase date. The information you provide will only be used by Wood´s and will not be disclosed to third parties.
When you register your Wood’s dehumidifier and replace the SMF-filter once a year you can receive as much as 10 years warranty depending on model. LD-series 10 years, SW, ED, DSC, AD, DK - series 6 years. Make sure you keep all receipts, even for the filters. These are needed for any warranty claims.
NOTE: The SMF-filter and the extended warranty are available only for the DS-, ED-, TDR-, DK and SW- models from Wood´s.
When you register your Wood’s air purifier and, when applicable, replace the filter twice a year you receive as much as 10 years warranty. Make sure you keep all receipts, even for the filters. These are needed for any warranty claims.
Please note that only some air purifiers are equipped with replaceable filters. Some models have an electrostatic filter that doesn’t need replacing. Regardless of model, you must register your product to receive the extended warranty. Reminders are only sent if you register a model with a replaceable filter.
When you register your Wood´s AC, you can take advantage of our favorable extended warranty offer. For all AC models, you must register the product within 90 days of purchase and keep all receipts for the warranty to be valid. For AC models without filter changes, up to 3 years warranty applies. For Cortina AirSwitch with HEPA filter, the warranty can be extended up to 6 years, provided you replace the Wood´s original HEPA filter at least once a year. Don´t forget to keep your receipts, as you will need them in case of a warranty claim.
When you register your Wood’s humidifier and replace the filter once a year you receive as much as 6 years warranty for Vienna HSW100. For the models WHU400/600 you will receive 3 years warranty when you register. Make sure you keep all receipts, even for the filters. These are needed for any warranty claims.
